Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from us. Please read our refund policy carefully:

• 📦 Physical Products (Merch):
  Each item is custom-made to order. We only offer refunds or replacements for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items. If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Returns due to sizing errors or change of mind are not eligible.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition for a return.

• 💻 Digital Products (Vaults, eBooks, Downloads):
  All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be refunded once accessed. Refunds are only issued for duplicate purchases or proven technical issues.
